Please read these terms and conditions carefully before utilizing AriaNex Ventures services or web portal facilities.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or utilizing our website, client portals, or managed service agreements, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, applicable Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) entered into with AriaNex Ventures.
2. Scope of Managed Services
AriaNex Ventures provides managed HR operations, recruitment services, payroll computation, and compliance advisory based on data and documents provided by client organizations. While we uphold 100% regulatory accuracy based on current legislation, client organizations remain responsible for the veracity of input payroll variables, employee attendance logs, and timely funding of statutory tax accounts.
3. Service Level Commitments (SLAs)
Specific delivery timelines for monthly salary processing, TDS quarterly returns, and EPF/ESIC monthly challans are codified in individual client MSAs. AriaNex guarantees timely submission provided input payroll inputs are verified by agreed monthly cut-off dates.
4. Intellectual Property
All proprietary software systems, HRMS modules, audit checklists, training materials, and website content remain the intellectual property of AriaNex Ventures.
5. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
